SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

We process and dispatch ready-to-wear orders within 2 to 3 working days, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), after payment is confirmed.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

United Kingdom: 3-7 business days

Europe: 7-14 business days

United States and Canada: 7-15 business days

Rest of the world: 10-20 business days

SHIPPING COST

We currently ship within the UK and to selected international locations. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order size. Any shipping fee promotions and thresholds will be shown at checkout when they apply.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

For international orders, your parcel may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by your local Country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees as we have no control over these charges; you may be responsible for these, so check with your local customs office if you are unsure.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details where available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check to ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. ShopKelldynasty is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs processes, courier disruptions, or events outside our control. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for the reshipping fee.

LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your parcel shows delivered but you haven't seen or received it, please check around your delivery location and with neighbours, then contact us at [support@kelldynasty.com] within 48 hours of delivery.
